Lunch Box | 600ML | Onyx

Initially excited for this - lighweight and exciting to put metal in the microwave without blowing it up! I have a few issues with the quality of the product though: - The rubber seal on the lid comes off really easily even just with the pressure of opening the lid, which then, if you’re not very careful, opens you up to leaks. Definitely not something you can just chuck in your bag and not worry about. - The ceramic coating is very fragile and chips/flakes off meaning that you (ironically) can’t use metal cutlery with this. Finally, less to do with build quality i guess, but the stainless steel is a such a good insulator that it is very hard to consistently/evenly heat things up in the microwave. Stuff on the top gets really hot, but the anything at the bottom is still fridge cold. It’s especially frustrating (if you follow the directions properly) to heat things up in 1 minute increments. I still use it for my lunch at work, but wouldnt rush to get another one

This lunch box is fantastic at keeping food fresh and flavoursome. The ceramic finish inside is easy to clean too.

This medium size lunch companion can be used for many different purposes. The removable silicon insert allows you to separate different foods during food prep and consumption. The lid allows for safe transport and storage as well as locking in food smells. The ceramic lining protects the stainless steel while being aesthetically pleasing. The lightness and durability of the metal makes it great for travelling.
