Hi team, I have been looking for a rug for our living area for a LONG time! Unable to find what I wanted in a retail store I turned on line for a final attempt. I’ve never bought such a luxury (& large!) item on line so I was incredibly nervous… all my worries were put to rest however when our beautiful new rug was delivered. It’s utterly perfect! Apart from how gorgeous and high quality it is, we are amazed that there is no ‘new’ smell because of the natural wool fibre, so the house smells clean and fresh without a ‘chemical’ smell you sometimes get with new items. We will enjoy this lovely rug for many years and we thank you for the quality of the craftsmanship.
