It's just OK
I'm always looking for a better carry-on/computer bag that will not kill my shoulder walking miles through the airport. Not sure this is it. The bag starts off heavy as bags go due to the thick fabric and faux-leather strap and handles. Also, it's larger than it looks in the photos, making it a struggle to fit under the seat in front of you on a plane. The thick, stiff, inflexible fabric adds to that challenge. The larger strap is kind of a plus, even though it could be wider, but in actuality, the bag is too huge to make it comfortable as a cross-body. It seems constructed fine. The color choices weren't my taste at all, and the one I picked is sitting next to me looking kind of blah, making me sad I paid $115.

Well made tote
I am loving this bag! It has lots of pockets, a place for a laptop. The shoulder strap is long enough to wear the bag as a cross-body bag. It is very well made.

Essential Tote
This bag is big enough for me for a 3-4 day trip. I love the size and this new purple pattern. I haven’t used it yet, but it will get a lot of use for my summer trips. I am thinking about getting the large pouch to match. It is very well made and I know it will last a long time.
