Fantastic crank bait!

These are amazing little baits!I originally them with several other Berkley offerings and some Gin Clear Bulk spools. My intentions for this bait was for Largemouths and Smallmouths but I guess I ordered the wrong size (3.5) because this is a small size, perfect for BFS tackle, which is what I’m using these for. Now I’ll have to go up to the largest size available. I’m not a fan of the way these are sized. I prefer weight in ounces and length in inches, like they used to be. As for these little ones, they’ve already caught many Yellow Perch, Rainbow Trout, Crappie, Bluegill, Pickerel, Smallmouth and Largemouth. These things get bit on nearly every cast. Nothing really big because of the bait size but I think the biggest one they offer will take care of that!

Crankin for hogs

I like the 7.5. Big body that kicks out and rolls well. Nice range of colors, but there should be a blue back chartreuse. The rattle has a dull knock that carries well. I can hear it when reaping in close. It crawls through big rock and brush well. So far two pre spawn smallies, I expect a lot more as the season continues.
