Flicker Shad®

I have just started using the flicker shad this year. Money Badger and Dime have been my primary berkley crankbaits as well as other favorites but since using the flicker shad it has been a new go to. It has been my most effective this year and curiously it has be a brown and rainbow trout slayer. Bass find it as well so it definitely does not discriminate. 5 and 7 are my favorite sizes with 5 having an edge. Super effective on flats and rocks. Yellow perch has been my most effective color. Compact enough that I can carry 6 in the same space as 2 badgers which is a plus for me since I kayak fish and have a limited amount of space. Highly recommend

Great action lure.

The Flicker shad works great when I troll for crappie, walleye and white bass. However, this line of lures I have found to have weak treble hooks that bend and break easily. I also have had issues with the two trebel hooks connecting when trolling at times. Other than that, they have great action and color selections.
