This shop is amazing. I ordered a hat late at night and realized the next day that I might not receive it in time for my upcoming trip. I contacted the shop to ask if I could pay to upgrade my shipping, and within a couple of minutes, they responded. They covered the upgraded shipping, and I received it on time!
