Organically Bound Minerals are a great supplement that was recommended to me several years ago by a Naturopath. I have been taking this for about 2 years now. As with many supplements, there may not be in sign that they are helping, but the ingredients that this product contains and the Standard Process reputation, I feel this is a winner.
