So good I almost want to keep it a secret. Been looking forever to find a proper grater for ginger and this was exactly what I had wanted. Properly made in Japan, even with silicone at the bottom to grip tightly onto the work surface. The implanted hard ceramic bits really do work, and it is such a nice addition to the kitchen. Highly recommended.
