I had to wait a while for my order and had to reach out to find out what was happening, as there hadn’t been any update or communication.
Someone did eventually reply, and I received my order a few weeks later than expected. I was told this was due to a busy spike and stock replenishment delays, which is fair enough.
Although the items took longer than expected, I’m happy with the product and the service once I made contact. Thank you.

I’ve used other (cast iron) presses and toastie makers over the years but the Chef’s Press is perfect. Makes an excellent toastie with just the right amount of pressure - no faff and easy to clean - and is ideal for bacon and fish, too; keeps food flat and crisps well…

Has greatly improved my dinners, can get a lovely sear on a steak or a salmon.
It has no visible seams so it's easy to clean too
