Warm Bulb

Favorite. I feel ethereal, like a ghost living in an abandoned home, relying on an old lamp for comfort within solidarity. I could feel the warmth emanating off from my skin as i put this on, smoky at first, then a wiff of vanilla extract. Will buy again.

This is a scent that I will need to buy a full sized bottle of. It’s delicious in a weird but not offputting way.

On my skin, the steam accord is the MVP; it provides a humid, pressurized warmth that mimics the air around an active lamp without relying on typical kitchen spices. As it settles, the vanilla and amber wrap around a creamy sandalwood base, creating a smooth, expensive-smelling shield. I went into this looking for the gritty, industrial reality of a 100-watt bulb that ozone heavy, ionized hot dust smell. What I got instead was a high-end, buttery floral glow that feels more like a sophisticated boudoir lamp gently fragranced by a puff of classy perfume, and that's not bad!
