I have very long, thick hair and these held my hair in place for a 12 hour shift at the hospital. It didn’t feel like my hair was so tight that it was cemented to my head, but I felt like I had comfortable room to breathe. These were so wonderful and they’re so stretchy. It was easy throwing my hair into a regular ponytail or a messy bun, quick and easy.
