Amazing service! Happy with the product :)

Incredible service, very helpful with decisions about artwork and responsive to my many questions. Final bottle looks great, very happy! Only one small gripe, the bottle material is more plastic-feeling than we expected. The product description says “Sugar Cane Mass” and doesn’t mention the word “plastic” anywhere which is true but a little misleading. The material used is HDPE plastic (a solid rigid plastic) made from sugar cane. Still eco-friendly! But a bit of a surprise.
