This item is made cheaply, it isnot worth a fraction of the price its marked at. The cheap stone fell out within 2 hrs of wearing the necklace on the day it was delivered. A danger to my baby who may have ingested it. Given these are targeted at mothers its disappointing. I said as much when i contacted customer service on the day of delivery. I have recieved NO reply months later despite following up. Waste of money.
