Seahorse. I’ve been loving your chocolate since first bite. What makes your chocolatethe best in my humble opinion is 2 things: single origin, and only 2 ingredients. Without extra, unnecessary ingredients all the complexity of the chocolate can really emerge and be thoroughly enjoyed. I’ve been having a little piece after lunch at work for years and you’ve never disappointed me. Thank you for this perfect product. Also, I’ve been trying by new chocolates everywhere I travel, specifically looking for single origin, dark chocolate with few ingredients, and Seahorse remains my absolute favorite of all time. Thank you!!

Great selection of unique and delicious chocolate bars. I like the variation in % as I need to shoot for high % wand one is actually 100%. I combine that with another for a perfect combination.
