Reviewing through Shop as my original review has not been posted yet. I’ve been using this product for about a year. It was one of my favorites from HTN. This review is honest feedback on the new formula. Immediately upon receiving my order, I noticed that this item had changed. The packaging and consistency were different. The smell was much less pronounced. I reached out to customer service and they confirmed that this was a new formula and encouraged me to try it out. After trying it, I will say I much prefer the original formula. It has a thinner consistency so I ended up using more. And while it left my hair soft, it felt oily afterwards. I have suggested that updating stock photos and product description to reflect this change allows a customer to make an informed decision. I was expecting one thing and received something different. I personally would only use this as a pre-poo in the future and I doubt if I’d buy it again. Please bring the old formula back🙏🏽
