What a horrible experience
This cheese utensil set shipped quickly but with no shipping materials or padding. I received a beat up box with a shoddy tape job that ripped the cardboard when I attempted to open to review the product since the utensils were jiggling loose in the box. This was meant to be a gift and it's utterly unpresentable. I should have paid $10 less for an "open box" since it can't get much worse. And now I see it's not returnable. What a horrible first (and last) experience with this company.
