Very nice leash! They originally sent me the wrong item. I received puppy training treats instead of the leash. After contacting customer service they immediately sent out the correct item and let me keep the treats. Also gave me a 30$ coupon for my next purchase. . very much love for that. . . no complaints i love bully max and so does my pup. .
