Lipstick Trust

I love the lipsticks. I have ordered two so far. Farrah and Trust. The one thing I’m a nit unhappy with is the shipping time and actually the time it takes to get it to shipping status. My ladt order which was Trust, came damaged. It had started to melt. Luckily i was able yo save it by putting in the fridge. Also it looks like it goes through a few delivery companies before it is delivered. Items could be left sitting on a delivery truck in this heat.

The shade Trust is exactly as i had hoped. However, the shipping takes a long tome and when i received it the lipstick was hot and had started to break. I quickly put in the fridge and think i saved it. The package had gone through a few carriers and probably was sitting in the trucks for some time in this heat. These products are not cheap so i would think there would be a better way to ship. Not sure i will order anymore from this company due to the time it takes to ship and receiving a damaged item.

The colors are nothing like the pics. Tgey do mot allow returns whicj i dud not know. Shady company
