This was a little dry for me but maybe it's because it's gluten free.

Toaster a must for this

Per my in-law who I sent this : “I was going to text you about it because it was so interesting. The first time I sliced it, we ate it plain without doing anything, and it was very dry. The second time I put it on a pan and heated it in the toaster oven on toast and it was wonderful! I've never heated anything before and had it become more moist with heating, but that's what it does and it is so good! So that's how we're eating it. We don't put any thing on it, not even butter and it's delicious!”
