No instructions for handles; Shipping doesn't come from USA
I wasn't aware the item is being shipped from China since I read you ship worldwide. If I knew beforehand I would have not order it since I thought I can use it for my past travel. Also, I wished the handles have instructions on how to place it since both came unattached. There were too many info card attached to it but I suggest you add the instruction.

IM IN LOVE WITH THIS BAG!!!
This bag is amazing, from its color to its functionality! It’s exactly the same as the pictures, and I love how useful and versatile it is. Meaning of a very good price-quality product!!! Thank you so much Songmont!!!

Good quality leather and structure, flimsy hardware
Quite happy with this one. Leather and the structure is great quality. The lock fell off quite soon in normal use. The bag is very hard to access in the ”fortune cookie” shape and you end up opening the handles everytime you open the bag. Quite handy with the longer straps.
