This med pouch is the perfect size between way to small and to big to carry around on your belt. I am a ER healthcare provider and wanted to carry more than just a BFG micro size with bare minimum, and the Micro Plus+ is just the answer! Holds full size dressing, chest seals and chest tube needles with room to spare.

Great!

Product is great and is really good quality. You can fit a full size kit in it, but it’s tight. If you really want a full size I would go with the Blue Force Gear SMALL Trauma Kit NOW! Medical Pouch. Still happy with the product though. Offbase has the best prices and my order was shipped quickly and arrived to my mail box quickly as well. Will definitely use Offbase again!
