CURLS CONDITIONER

What happened?

Just opened my new bottle of curls conditioner and was so disappointed that it was not what I expected. I used to love the smell now it is a very strong perfume scent that is over bearing. The color has changed and I’m not sure if they changes the formula or it was bottles wrong! What happened!?!

Stinks

I recently purchased the curls conditioner and was so disappointed to see there has been a formula change. It now smells strongly like cheap drugstore cologne. It’s a very unpleasant chemical smell. I will not be purchasing this product again.

Formula change?

I have loved the Curls line, but like another recent reviewer, the liter I recently received contained a thick, fluffy, white, NOT Curls-line fragrance conditioner instead of the golden, silky, coconut/cocoa butter scented conditioner we all love. I emailed Surface inquiring if there was a formula change, or if there was an error & the bottles were filled with the wrong conditioner. I did hear back and was told "Surface uses only natural organic ingredients; therefore, color and aroma may vary as no artificial colors or fragrances are added to our products," which didn't really answer my question. I emailed them again this morning, hoping for a reply because they either need to confirm a formula change, at which point, I'll be looking for new curl products, or they need to admit an error, and send out a new liter with the Curls conditioner in it.
