The pictures are a little misleading. This style (#702) has a strap that goes across the back of the head, creating a “T”-shaped wrap. Because of that strap, wearing a ponytail is almost impossible with this version. I measured my neck and head and ordered a Medium based on the size chart, but it still isn’t tight enough. If you want good compression and a firm, snug fit, I recommend ordering one size smaller than the chart suggests.
