I like the brief but, if you have a short torso, like me, you have to fold the top down which is uncomfortable. But the product is good for tummy tuck healing.

I was looking for an undergarment that was easy to take off and on, this met that need. BUT the zipper is very uncomfortable.

Hooks

If using this for surgery it is hard to get the garment hooked maybe a flex able velcro velcro would be easier?
