Darren Unlined Tote

I was offered the opportunity to have a new bag shipped or store credit. I asked for a replacement. After the bag arrived box unopened I called and asked if I could ship it back (obviously at my expense) and they could send the store credit. I did not want the bag due to the stud coming out of the 1st one. I was informed by customer service they could not do the store credit and I can send the bag back per the supervisor. I have since given both bags away. Poor experience!!

Love the bag! Beautifully made and leather is soft and buttery! Highly recommend!!!
