Gozney Pro Peel

This is my first metal launching peel, I normally use wood for NY style pizza launching. I purchased the 12 inch to use for Neapolitan pizzas in my new Dome XL (Gen2) and it works great - no sticking and I can get the peel under the assembled pizza with no issues . I will probably buy the next larger sizes as well.

Awesome 👏

Big fan of this product. Can easily slide my Neapolitan pizzas into the my Gonzey oven and not worry about the pizza sticking to it. Also it fits perfect into my Gonzey XL and very easy to clean. Big fan!
