Great Mix

This mix is very easy to use. We use it to make communion bread for our church to keep it allergen free we make it without eggs also but it still works great with a flax egg substitute. Also we have received great customer service. Will continue ordering.

I have been using the gluten free bread mix for several years now. I make my bread in a bread machine and love the results. it takes me less than 15 minutes to put in the ingredients and 2.5 hours later I have a beautiful and delicious gluten free bread.

Pamela's gluten-free bread and all purpose flours are by far the best gluten-free flours that I have used. I just recently started cooking gluten-free breads for family members, and I have made a lot of different flavored breads and they came out perfectly. Thank you for your product.
