Personalized sweatshirt

It’s really cute, but advertised as sweatshirt it is not a sweatshirt. The label inside does not tell you what the fabric is. I am a small woman & I looked at the sizing and bought small. I thought because it said sweatshirt it would be stretchy. It is not. I can get it on, but it is so snug. When I opened it, it looked huge & I thought it would be too big, but nope, because it has absolutely no give to it. Definitely order up a size or two. I am 5”2 130 lbs.
