Great Case; Outstanding Customer Service!

I ordered the Sun & Moon iPhone 11 case as part of a 2 for 1 deal, but received a different (similar - Sunflowers) case by mistake. When I let Pela know about the error, they were very apologetic, sent me the correct case, and when I asked how to return the Sunflower case, they told us to keep is as their gift. ,Every single interaction I had with Pela was filled with kindness and personal interest in making sure that we had what we needed. I have recommended them highly to several friends who now have Pela cases as well. PS: I'm delighted with the quality and the fit of the case. It feels good in my hand, the design makes me smile, and the slightly raised edge protects the screen. I love that it's from Canada AND isn't plastic.
