Great comfortable mattress

After staying in a hotel with a Naturalmat mattress we decided to purchase. Visited the Dorking store and found the in store experience excellent. Ordering was equally efficient. Sadly your logistics team handling the delivery were not of the same standard. I understand there were new members of staff perhaps more training would be recommended.

From the professional and polite service in the showroom via efficient, competent, careful and professional delivery to an utterly comfortable mattress to sleep on this was and is the real deal in mattresses. The fact that everything is biodegradable played a decisive role in my decision making process.
