Fresh Atlantic Halibut

The Best Halibut we have ever had..............anywhere!

I found Togue and her amazing scallops many years ago when she was first starting to offer them. Well a few years ago she also offered Halibut and claimed it would ruin Halibut from anywhere else just like the scallops that her Maine Fishermen provided do. She was right. its only offered for a week or 2 every June and my foodie friends and I try very hard not to miss it. The best part is when I can convince a person who doesnt like fish to try some. The worst comment I ever got was , thats not bad! I cannot recommend Togue, her scallops or her Halibut highly enough. To anyone who wants to taste how these things should really taste. Its truly amazing.

Halibut

Best halibut that I have ever had! Fresh and clean tasting. Just baked it for a half hour covered with foil, a few spices and voila…the most perfect fish of my life! Highly, highly recommended!

I love everything I get from Downeast Dayboat and this halibut was no different. It was simply delicious!
