Excellent product and excellent service

I love my new slim hub pro. Originally ordered it and USPS lost the item. Not Satechi’s fault. Contacted customer support and advised that I needed to have it for an upcoming presentation by next Friday and they went above and beyond and sent me a replacement 2 day air! That is top notch service! I was able to give my presentation and had the hub right in time! You have earned a loyal customer! Thank you all for all of your help

I bought the midnight color and expected would be the same color as apple’s space black but it’s not, besides that works fine
