Too delicate, slow shipping, slow customer follow-up

I hope this gift (for my wife) lasts. It’s way more delicate than pictured and am quite concerned it could break. Slow shipping and response to questions. Be sure to look at FAQ for shipping times because the info on PLPs is misleading.

Stunningly Delicate

The pictures in the listing don’t do this necklace justice, it is STUNNING! When I unboxed it, I was blown away, it’s so delicate and is probably now the most beautiful necklace I own. Would make a great gift or a treat yourself present!
