Love top but why such large armholes

The armholes are unusually large, especially when you consider this is made for a petite woman. I still love the top and wear it often. I wear a camisole underneath. If I don’t wear the camisole the armholes show all the way down to the bottom of my bra.

Cute but BIG

The top was huge and as someone else commented, the armholes are unusually large This was my first purchase so any trying to figure out sizing. I’m hoping they are consistent
