The plc.ide doesn't work. It freezes my computer and won't connect.

Unable to establish connection from OPTO to PLC IDE. Program freezes my computer. I've followed the support from Arduino exactly and still unable to connect to the device. Wiring has been reviewed several times to ensure connection is complete and correct.
