Arduino PLC Starter Kit

The main reason I bought Opta was that I hope to use it as a a regular industrial PLC with standard PLC programming methods, but till now I still can’t activate the Arduino PLC IDE license for it after I did everything based on your technical support’s instructions, and so far there is no resolution. Using PLC IDE should have been very straightforward as for any other PLC brands but it wasn’t. If I can’t use PLC IDE, there is really no point buying this product at all. I wish to return this product and request for refund.

The plc.ide doesn't work. It freezes my computer and won't connect.

Unable to establish connection from OPTO to PLC IDE. Program freezes my computer. I've followed the support from Arduino exactly and still unable to connect to the device. Wiring has been reviewed several times to ensure connection is complete and correct.
