AmScope MAGLED-56-FS 1.75X Magnification 5" Diameter Lens 56 LED 9W Magnifying Lamp with Rolling Floor Stand in White

The unit arrived in a carton without any damage however when I opened the packaging I discovered that the bottom end of the support pole was chipped and had rust on it and in the female threads preventing the attachment bolt from going in far enough to secure the base to the pole. The bolt had to be cut shorter to allow it to be tightened fully. Once assembled with the shortened bolt all was good aside from the chipped paint and rust spots. The lamp works extremely well and having the wheeled base makes it very versatile. I would give it a 5 other than the issues described. I believe the trouble was from China and not the distributor. I will purchase more equipment from AmScope if the need arises.
