Navy kimono jacket sleeves are too long

I ordered the navy kimono jacket and it was on sale and I used some bonus points so I got it for a great price and was so excited. Unfortunately, the sleeves are way too long and I can’t wear it. I can’t justify having to bring it to a seamstress to alter. I know now to never get long sleeve jackets and order 3/4 sleeves. I don’t believe it’s returnable because of the price I got it for. I am so disappointed.
