Updated 05/11/2025: After reaching out to the team due to issues with the product -as it came defective-, the team of Shiba & Co was very efficient and provided quick help and alternatives to the defective item. While it is true that this issue was very frustrating at the beginning, the team was very kind and understood the situation. If I already liked the brand due to their nice products, I have to say that the customer service is also excellent. Looking forward to the new tote bag!
