Artikaas Gouda Spiced Mild Cheese with Cumin

Very tasty, unfortunately because I live in Arizona the heat impacted it even though it was wrapped in some special foil. Going forward I will only order during winter months.

Artikaas wasn’t a thing when I grew up. But it’s just as tasty and tasty uniquely Dutch as I remember. What a treat to have that available!

Love this cheese! It’s so hard to find this cheese so I’m so happy I can get it from Peter’s Gourmet.
