Beemster Aged Classic Gouda 18 months

I love the Beemster Gouda cheese but I love almost any cheese. Had no had any decent cheese I took advantage of the special on the Beemster and also bought Artisan Gouda the compare. Have not opened the Artisan yet so I can not give a comment on that cheese at this time. However, I have ordered it frequently before so I am sure it will be great again. All I have to do now is compare them.

de kaas is fantastic , I having a hard time not eating it in all at once.

Excellent flavor. The perfect age.
