Could be my fault

My first delivery went great couldn’t get it installed until the next day looks great. Two weeks later got another delivery couldn’t get it installed until the next day. The roles were moldy and already started getting super hot like they were composting. Not sure what the difference was. I can’t complain because it says it should be installed on the day of delivery….. unfortunately the majority of it looks horrible

Grass died

Grass was dry upon pick up and is dead after planting it same day.

Very disappointed

My item was supposed to be freshly cut. It was probably more than a week old when I received it. I sure hope this Grass recovers. I wish I could show you the photos! It smells like hay !!
