This is the most exciting culinary find of the year! I can't have cumin so I bought the other two. Sprinkles on eggs, meats and so on raise the flavor experience to new heights. I love that this is a native California food treat. Bravo!

The perfect blend of heat and sweet! I can't stop sprinkling it on my fruit, soup, popcorn, avo toast, eggs, tofu, salmon, chicken, french fries and so much more. The sweetness of the dates works beautifully with the smoky heat of the Chiltepin peppers. Oh and don't forget to use it in your cocktails - whether it be shaken, stirred or on the rim!
