Dental Pod Pro

The customer support has been excellent. I cannot fault it. My issue is with the basic POD. Both of the devices stopped worked shortly after initial purchase and then the replacement. Fortunately, the team upgraded my POD to the one that fits onto a base power supply. So far so good. But I do need to see this work for a long period of time without issues for my faith to be restored in the product.

The upgraded model appears to clean very well and I’m happy with its performance so far. However I would like to use it for a few more weeks before giving a final verdict as the previous model stopped working unexpectedly after around six weeks of use. The customer support has been excellent. When I experienced issues with the previous model, the support team was very helpful, responsive, and quickly arranged a replacement.

I originally had the regular Dental pod. Used it for 4 months loved it the. Randomly it broke. Contacted the customer service, super kind. Super helpful got me an upgrade as well. Very clear pathway to getting assistance, very kind team. 10/10 experience
