They work great. I have a set on my five string viola too. They eliminate the need for fine tuners on the tail piece which is a tone robber I hear. Went on easily with no reaming or shimming required.

These were easy to install. Requires the proper taper reamer 1:125. I needed to try three sizes to find the right size that did not require removing too much wood. Once I found the right size it only required a small adjustment and my original pegs could still be refitted if I wanted to. Customer service was excellent and return of the sizes that I did not need was no problem
