I just setup my ProSoft 2GW and cannot speak to the product as much, but I am hopeful that if it is as good as the people selling it, then it'll be great! Reid was super fast to help trouble shoot setup issues that were my fault as my father-in-law and I setup and plumbed the softener ourselves. Once I received clarity on that from Reid, then things have been great. The product comes in pretty much pre-programmed, and is easy to setup. It sounded different then my old unit but Reid assured me that this was normal. I look forward to softer water that will not cost me a couple of hundred of dollars in salt a year, and the water won't be as rusty. Good things are ahead! Reid was excellent in working through our specific needs for a seasonal cottage on a well. In the end the water softener has produced outstanding results beyond our expectations!
