Mixed reviews
Difficult to contact customer support. The unit had terrible instructions and I’m still not sure if I even have it programmed properly. No one has contacted me to make sure it’s working ok. I believe the product itself is good, but I’m not even sure.

Fleck 9100SXT Dual Tank Softener
Easy installation. Easy setup. This softener is working very well. No valve leaks whatsoever. I previously owned a Fleck 9100 valve water softener with mechanical timer, but replaced it with this units digital timer and much prefer this type of timer for the accuracy and easy to read information it provides. Price was competitive. I received my order in one week (to Winnipeg) from the time I placed the order.

Happy with my purchase
I have a slow recovery well, and very hard water, 80 grains plus. Reid helped me set it up and is very knowledgeable. My water is now at 3 grains hardness and my salt consumption is low to do it. We had a small leak from the bypass valve, and he sent me a replacement part promptly free of charge no hassle. We are happy knowing that the customer service is available to us if we have any further questions.
