Poor service.The website payment system didn't work, there was no call back/ customer service till someone returned from vacation, a no return policy and a $12 per oz premium. Every time I look at that silver bar I relive the week of thinking I was scammed out of $865. I live an hour away and it took over a week after money paid to get my silver. Next time I will go to my local coin shop. At least I can look them in the face and walk out with my silver.
