The Silver bar is awesome however the additional processing and shipping costs does make this bar quite expensive. But it’s for a long term investment so I hope that Silver increases in value to outweigh the additional costs.

The items I purchased from Hobart Mint exceeded my expectations. I also met the owner and viewed some upcoming pieces. What a wonderful team of people.

The company was extensively delayed in producing the silver. I eventually received it months after my original purchase date and weeks beyond their revised production timeframe. During that period, I emailed the company multiple times and only ever received generic responses. My final email requested a full refund due to them failing to meet even their revised deadline, and only then did I receive an email 24 hours later stating the silver was ready for collection. At no point did I receive an apology or any personalised response addressing my concerns or attempting to resolve the situation. The only reason they are receiving more than 1 star is because the silver itself was high quality once I finally received it. Customer service goes a long way, and this company clearly needs significant improvement in that area.
