Honduras No. 04

The picture shows all three coffees are organic when I ordered. When I received my 3 coffees, only 2 were organic. I think it was the expresso.

Honduras Coffee

It is a smooth coffee and not too strong. It is good for a morning brew.

Balanced and flavorful

I always strive to purchase coffee from pro-life places, places that understand that the life's given to us by God is a gift, and one to be nurtured. When we have our priorities straight, that bis focused on God, everything else eventually falls in line. Just like the flavors of this coffee. I have experimented with different temperature brews to see how the extraction fairs. 86-90⁰C is the best range yet for the most balanced extraction. The lower temps in the 68-74⁰C seems to have a more caramel brown sugar note, and not much of the spice. I am curious if a long extraction cold brew will pull the spice flavor of the star anise.
