I absolutely love the jars. One was broken when I got it. It didn’t have bubble wrap around it which is why it broke. The others had wrap around them and were fine.

Great jar but repeat service issues

Product took some time to dispatch and required my following up with an email. This was responded to quickly and the product was then dispatched within a few days. However, on receipt the lid was acacia, whereas I had ordered black. I emailed to advise and over a week later was advised replacement lid was dispatched. For the second time, I received an incorrect lid (this time the wrong size). Following another email, another lid was dispatched and was the correct one. I had ordered this jar to check if I wanted more and if they matched products I already had. Whilst the jar is just what I wanted now I have the right lid, it took almost two months for this to be sorted. As a repeat customer, there seems to now be issues in the warehouse.
